Last updated February 5th, 2022

The following document outlines the Privacy Policy of the Vault Labs website, henceforth referred to as the "Service".  We may periodically update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version on this website, vaultlabs.co. If we make any major or material changes, we will notify you as required under applicable law, including by posting a notice in the Service prior to the change becoming effective. If you continue to use the Service after the effective date, you will be subject to the new Privacy Policy.

The Service, which is operated by Vault Labs, LLC ("the Company", "Vault Labs", "we", "us", or "our") provides a website with freely available information and content to users of the Service.

Data We Collect

Information you provide to us

Information you enter on our website, including the use of contract forms, or provide to us in other ways, may be transferred, received, and stored by Vault Labs. If you choose not to provide us with certain information, you may experience limited functionality of Services.

Site traffic data

Whenever you interact with us, we receive and store certain types of information. As is common practice with most websites, Vault Labs and its authorized agents automatically receive and record certain "site traffic data" on their server logs from your browser and apps including your IP address, Vault Labs cookie information, local session data, and the page you requested. Vault Labs uses this site traffic data to help diagnose problems with its servers, analyze trends and administer the website. This does not involve collecting any of your personal information.

Device information

In addition to the "site traffic data", Vault Labs and its authorized agents may collect information about the physical device you're using to access Vault Labs, its operating system, device settings such as language or version number, unique device identifier, and crash data. The specifics of which data is collected depends on the type of device and/or system running on that device. Again, this data is used to help us diagnose problems with the site and/or mobile apps, analyze trends, and for in-house research purposes. This does not involve collecting any of your personal information.

Geographic location information

Vault Labs may collect and use information regarding the geographic location of your devices. If the collected location data contains your personal information, then Vault Labs will treat this location data in accordance with this Policy.

Anonymous browsing

If you utilize a third-party program to visit websites anonymously, Vault Labs may not be able to provide you with a personalized experience. We make no promise or guarantee of the performance of the Site in the event that you use a third-party program to access the Site anonymously. However, we want you to be aware that these programs are available, and of your right to use them in a general sense on our Site and others.

CCPA - Inside & Outside California

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) gives consumers more control over the personal information that businesses collect about them. While some businesses extend these protections only to residents of California (such as when a business relies on the sale of personal information for profits), we extend these protections to all users of the Service.

Right To Know

You have the right to know what data we've collected about you. You can receive a copy of your data by contacting us.

Right To Delete

You have the right to have your personal data deleted. Contact us and request your data be deleted, and we'll delete your data. Very few limited circumstances, such as legal investigations or critical Service maintenance, can delay or limit our ability to delete your data.

Right To Opt-Out

You have the right to opt-out of your personal data being sold. Lucky for everyone involved, we don't sell your personal data.

Right To Non-Discrimination

You have the right to exercise these CCPA rights without discrimination. We are pro-privacy and want you to feel in control. If you want to exercise your rights, we will respect your decision to do so.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Vault Labs may modify or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, at its sole discretion. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the Vault Labs website so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances if any, it is disclosed. If you do not agree to any changes of this policy, you must, for yourself and on the behalf of any such person(s) that you represent, discontinue the registration process, discontinue your use of the Services, and if you are already registered, delete your account.
